MYM appoints Factor as director, executive chairman

MYM APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR AND INSIDERS BUY SHARES
MYM Nutraceuticals Inc. has appointed Erick Factor to the company's board of directors, and he will also serve as executive chairman.
Mr. Factor is well-known expert in the medical marijuana industry with 20 years of experience in cultivating medical marijuana and manufacturing cannabis byproducts, and has provided medical marijuana to thousands of patients over the past two decades. Mr. Factor is also the founder of the Westcoast Medicann dispensary, one of just a handful of dispensaries in Vancouver to be licensed under the City of Vancouver's stringent bylaws. He has extensive experience working with Health Canada, from which he has obtained MMAR (marijuana medical access regulations) and MMPR (marijuana for medical purposes regulations) licences for hundreds of patients, and has managed and operated grow facilities to produce for those patients. Mr. Factor has also gained invaluable experience over the past three years in ACMPR (access to cannabis for medical purposes regulations) licensing regulations and applications.

Total proceeds from insider share purchases were $343,137.96.
Also, Mr. Jackson has resigned as a director of the company, but will continue to serve as a consultant to the company's chief executive officer and to the board of directors. MYM is continuing to negotiate acquisitions of complementary businesses and assets in the technology, nutraceuticals and cannabidiol sector, and is currently in talks with other innovative companies to ensure a strong presence and growth potential within the industry.
