Naturally Splendid and Full Spectrum Mutually Extend Due Diligence Period
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 31, 2014) - Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. (the "Company") (FRANKFURT:50N)(TSX VENTURE:NSP)(OTCQB:NSPDF) announces
that Naturally Splendid and Full Spectrum Laboratories Ltd. ("FSL")
have mutually agreed to extend the due diligence and exclusivity periods
under the letter of intent (see news release October 7, 2014) to
November 30, 2014. The purpose of the extension is for the parties to
continue their due diligence and to formalize the terms of the proposed
license agreement.
